Upcoming Class: Surviving A Mass Casualty Incident and Helping The Wounded

The HNA Community Emergency Response Team is thrilled to announce that it has joined with the Berkeley Police Department to offer a pilot, two-part class on surviving an active shooter incident and helping the wounded. The class is called Surviving A Mass Casualty Incident and Helping The Wounded: How to Get Through The First 20 Minutes of An Active Shooting and will be held in two parts, classroom and labratory.

This session will consist of instruction from the Berkley Police Department followed by a  hands-on practice session in severe bleeding control taught by Berkeley CERT instructor Shawn Connors and three other trainers. All materials will be provided.

You must have taken the classroom to participate in the lab.

Location for both Classroom and Lab are TBD.
